Tucumcari Mountain is outside the city of Tucumcari, New Mexico.   I traveled through there several years ago and this is the result of some photos I shot.    If you Google Tucumcari Mountain there is an interesting legend on Wikipedia of how the mountain (really a mesa) got its name.

Taos is very special to me and I intend to go back there again someday.  I have had this painting in my own collection for sometime now and decided to make it available for sale.   I am considering painting more scenes of New Mexico very soon.
